1.Who we are
searchnapply.com (“we”) is operated by KUTAFIN INC (doing business as searchnapply), 7270 W Manchester Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90045, United States — the data controller for the personal data described here.
2.Data we collect
- Account data — your email address and name.
- Profile data — what you add or import: work history, education, skills, locations, resume content, and application answers.
- Job posting data — the postings we show come from public employer and applicant-tracking-system career pages, not from your personal accounts or contacts.
- Usage data — device, log, and interaction data that keeps the Service working and secure.
- Payments — handled directly by Stripe; we never store your card number.
3.How we use your data
To run the Service: match job postings to your monitors, generate your application documents, send the notifications you enable, and improve the product.
4.Automated processing and AI
We use AI models to parse resumes and generate application documents from your profile data. This personalizes the product; it does not make any automated decision about your employment or eligibility with legal effect on you.
5.Legal bases
Performance of our contract with you (the Service itself), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent where required — for example, optional emails.
6.Who we share it with
Service providers that process data for us: hosting (Amazon Web Services and Vercel), payments (Stripe), and email delivery ([EMAIL PROVIDER]). We do not sell personal data. We also do not send your profile or documents to employers — you submit your own applications, so anything an employer receives comes directly from you.
7.Retention
