1.Who we are

searchnapply.com (“we”) is operated by KUTAFIN INC (doing business as searchnapply), 7270 W MANCHESTER AVE APT 236 LOS ANGELES, CA 90045, United States. KUTAFIN INC is the data controller for the personal data described here.

2.Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and name.
• Profile data: what you add or import directly or via connected third-party accounts (such as LinkedIn), including work history, education, skills, locations, resume content, and application answers.
• Job posting data: the postings we show come from public employer and applicant-tracking-system career pages, not from your personal accounts or contacts.
• Usage data: device, log, and interaction data that keeps the Service working and secure.
• Payments: handled directly by Stripe; we never store your card number.

3.How we use your data

To run the Service: match job postings to your monitors, generate your application documents, send the notifications you enable, and improve the product.

4.Automated processing and AI

We use AI models to parse resumes and generate application documents from your profile data. This personalizes the product; it does not make any automated decision about your employment or eligibility with legal effect on you.

5.Legal bases

Performance of our contract with you (the Service itself), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent where required, for example, optional emails.

6.Who we share it with

Service providers that process data for us: hosting (Amazon Web Services and Vercel), payments (Stripe), and email delivery (Google Workspace, provided by Google LLC). We do not sell personal data. We also do not send your profile or documents to employers. You submit your own applications, so anything an employer receives comes directly from you.

7.Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account, it is deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

8.Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and object to processing, and you can complain to your supervisory authority. Write to info@searchnapply.com, or delete your account directly from account settings. If we decline a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

9.Cookies

Essential cookies only: your sign-in session and preferences such as theme. No third-party advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page usage. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites. We also use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in across tabs and visits. It is not used for tracking. Our Service does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals; because we do not sell or share personal data, opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control do not change how we process your data.

10.Security

Encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege infrastructure. No method is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we notify you as the law requires.

11.International transfers

Where data leaves your region, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to protect it.

12.Children

The Service is for adults: account holders must be 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

13.Changes to this policy

Material changes are announced in the app or by email; the date above always reflects the current version.
