What is a token?
A token is one cent of real AI compute. A tailored resume costs about 2-3 tokens on Haiku, 4-6 on Sonnet, 10-15 on Opus, and 20-30 on Fable. Your allowance resets every month, and the Usage page shows the percent you have used. When your own assistant writes through MCP, it spends none of your tokens.
